1. Introduction

Welcome to ZovioTrips. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZovioTrips platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use ZovioTrips. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking & Payments

ZovioTrips facilitates bookings between travelers and accommodation providers. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the host or property manager. All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment partners at the time of booking confirmation.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including accommodation fees, service fees, and any additional costs disclosed prior to confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly displayed on each listing before you book. Common policies include:

• Flexible: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
• Moderate: Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
• Strict: 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in; no refund thereafter.

Service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an extenuating circumstance as defined in our Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, including fake reviews or listings.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users, hosts, or ZovioTrips staff.
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system or contact hosts outside the platform to avoid fees.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ZovioTrips, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design of the Service, is the property of ZovioTrips or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZovioTrips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZovioTrips in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ZovioTrips does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing. We act as a platform connecting travelers with hosts and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of either party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
